GREECE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER


In the heart of the old town of Chania, Crete, we created a beautiful wedding elopement photoshoot capturing the genuine love of the wonderful Olivia and Lefteris. As a destination wedding photographer, I knew Crete, one of Greece’s most picturesque islands, was going to be the perfect backdrop for our vision. Crete is well known for its stunning secluded beaches, rugged mountainous terrain, crystal blue waters and historic towns, it is this blend of natural beauty and historic charm that made it the perfect setting for this relaxed and romantic wedding shoot.


Olivia’s natural Norwegian beauty was enhanced by the talented Crete based make up artist and stylist, Evy, who created a look that was both timeless and elegant. Her makeup was soft and romantic, complementing the modern vibe of the photoshoot. Wearing a simple fitted dress with upper ruffle details from ASOS UK. Lefteris, a Chania local looked super cool in a light, loose fitting cream shirt and beige trousers perfect for that relaxed summer vibe.

We had a beautiful bouquet of seasonal blooms in whites, pinks and purples from the lovely ladies at Enkipo Flowers, a renowned wedding florist in Chania, Crete. The bouquet a added a touch of sophistication and romance to the shoot. It was a pleasure to work with them here.


As Olivia and Lefteris strolled through the bustling cobblestone streets of Chania’s old town, the historical architecture and vibrant colours provided a natural rustic backdrop. Chania’s rich history made every moment a picture-perfect opportunity, a UK based destination wedding photographers dream.


We came across a stunning, quaint cafe overflowing with hanging pink flowers whilst sipping on iced lattes and sampling a piece of traditional Cretian cake. As a destination wedding photographer, it felt natural to be alongside the water, so we took a romantic stroll along Chania's iconic venetian harbour walking hand in hand, here their love shone through like the sun glistening across the sea. As the temperature was rising we decided to grab some traditional ice creams, making for some cute and fun photos on the main square.

The island’s natural beauty, combined with the couple’s undeniable chemistry, created a truly unforgettable destination wedding photoshoot in Greece.
