FAQ

Can we bring extended family members?

Yes of course, the more the merrier.

As there are so many more memorable moments to be captured between you all, this increases the amount of photos taken and editing process takes a little longer to perfect.

There is an additional fee of £45 for sessions with 6 or more people.

Can we choose the location?

I have many beautiful locations I use locally, but if you have somewhere important to you as a family or somewhere you just love to go then please let me know...I LOVE exploring new places and locations!

What about the Great British weather?

Leading up to your session, I will be in contact with essential info. This will include keeping an eye out on the weather too...don't worry we can shoot in a bit of rain or we can reschedule.

What do we wear?

I know, this is probably the hardest part to think about when you've booked a photo session...trust me I've been there!

Depending on the time of year, locations, etc I can always advise/guide you on colours, etc. As long as you are all comfortable in what you're wearing, ultimately that is what will show through your photos.

Worried the kids may not listen?

Trust me, there are no judgements here...I have two! So it is likely between home and shooting I've seen it all :)

Some children take more time than others to warm up so I tend to walk along and chat to the kids more than the adults at first to put them at ease, remember I AM a new person with a big ol' camera in front of my face so I try to make it as relaxing for them as I can.


IF you're still worried, then feel free to bring along their fav snack, drink, toy, etc and we'll bribe them that way haha!!

Christening / Baptism Info

Christenings/Baptisms are a great way of capturing some beautiful family photos, including the Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, etc.


Of course, I will get some lovely photos of your little one in their special outfit, along with plenty of candid shots of your guests arriving, during the service and after (package dependant).


Please bare in mind that you will need to speak with your Church to ensure they are happy for me to photograph during the service.


Some will only allow certain photos at certain times to be taken, others are more relaxed about this. So please check ahead to avoid any disappointment.

When will I receive my gallery?

I allow up to 2-5 weeks. However, typically for a family session these are often back to you within a couple of weeks or so. Timescale can vary depending on time of year and my schedule.
